Dr Richard M Fleming. We were just raised very skeptically as medical students because you know, we so far as. The attending tells you something’s wrong and you validate it yourself as a student because the the response was, well, Doctor. Why did you make that decision? Well, the attending told me, well, that’s what if the attending’s? It’s your patient right, wow? So you know that healthy skepticism causes one to to, you know, look at things differently. And I even remember back with HIV. I mean, this was in the middle of being trained as a medical student, and the first part was here’s things you’ll never see in your life. They’re very rare, and by the time we were out you know it’s like we were seeing this all the time and listening to news reports about how many people were infected. In the state, for example, and you know most of us looked at each other. And said We have more people in the hospital than they’re claiming you’re in the state, you know there’s a problem here with the numbers.
