So when you talk about a DSM diagnosis, people don’t understand how strongly funded they are by the Pharmaceutical industry and how the conflicts of interest play out in American Society. The academics who are. On part of the DSM committees, or they’re part of the actions that influence it are funded by the Pharmaceutical industry. They they ghostwrite pharmaceutical trials. They become very wealthy individuals by by working as a paid consultant to that industry. And so they are very intertwined. Now we’ve been. We’ve been in this culture for so long because there’s so many other variables cause they they also own media. They are the number one advertiser for news outlets and the news outlets are funded by the Pharmaceutical industry. They also have very carefully planned messages. Popular movies and television. So it’s been this widespread kind of conditioning of the American public to talk about mental health in terms of being a a medical illness. And then you have to go take care of your mental health. And basically that means turning to drugs.
